Backside Fun 101: Ass-Play for Beginners 

You’ve acknowledged your growing interest in ass-play; done your homework on what to and what not to do, regarding appropriate precautions and your physical safety, the suggested initial steps for easing you into anal playtime, and the importance of ongoing hygienic maintenance; and now you’re ready to venture into the actuality of ass-play. How do you put your plan into action?

Via the use of digital exploration, you have dual feedback in that you can simultaneously focus on both the sensations you feel internally as well as monitor the actions of your fingers. You are better able to determine the movements that produce specific feelings and responses. In your best interests here, simply begin with one finger, and always, always, always remember to use generous amounts of lube, especially since your ass does not have the biological capability of producing natural lubrication. Whether you are a beginner using one finger or an advanced ass player using four fingers, lube is a must in order to cut down on unnecessary friction and to allow easier entry into your secret pleasure channel. 

Once you determine what the comfortable starting point for yourself is and you’ve established an idea of how certain sensations are produced, you may decide to integrate a smaller toy into your beginning playtime activities. You might wish to acquire a shorter and thinner dildo, vibrator or a set of butt plugs that are made with the ass-play novice especially in mind. If you are unsure what size you should get, the aforementioned starter set of butt plugs is an excellent place to being and takes the guesswork out of the equation. These sets usually have three of four plugs of different sizes that are intended to “train” you in your new ass-play efforts.
